We are happy to offer several different computer services depending on your needs.

Tune Up

Most computer problems are caused by ad-ware, spyware, viruses, trojans, and rootkits.  We have developed a unique system to test your system for these various programs and removing them in the quickest possible way.

Fresh Install

Unfortunately, there are cases where a tune up is unable to fix the problem.  If this is the case, the next best thing is to reformat your computer. This is where we completely clean the hard drive. At this stage, your computer is like it was when you first bought it.  We backup your data before we start, so there will be no data loss.  We take care of all the drivers and windows updates.  We also install some general applications such as a virus scan, Acrobat Reader, and Java.  If you need any additional software installed, such as Microsoft Office, let us know and we will do it for you.
